Return Policy

By using Matthew Mclane’s return and refund services, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is intended to provide clear guidance on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, a return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in new condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components not caused by our error are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact our support team. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return form and clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Method

All returns must be sent by post. We do not accept returns in person, at retail locations, or via collection points.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Return Labels & Shipping Costs

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:
We will provide a prepaid return label via email at no cost to you.

For all other returns (including change-of-mind returns):
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A return form will be provided by email once your request is approved.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or supplied in the wrong size.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team. For all other situations, the quickest way to receive a replacement is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Banks or card providers may require additional time to process refunds
